Check for guys who can provide quality backlinks. feverhost is pretty good, but you'll have to wait a few days before starting.

IMO, ranking a low comp KW is not hard. But, maintaining the ranking is. I suggest you go with a some web 2.0s, authority article directory submission, Press releases, bookmarks on high PR sites and manual blog commenting.

PS: Try to maintain the quality and uniqueness of the content you use and more importantly the anchor diversity while doing anchor text linking along with raw URL.

Diversity is KEY!

You want to make sure you have a wide range of backlinks from low quality blog comments all the way to high pr DOfollow links.
