Hello fellas, it's me again asking for something. The title said it all. What is the best resolution when designing a web on photoshop? I try to make 1920x1900 px but when I start coding and preview it on browser it just look damn big!

I am new and still learning how to make a good landing page for my niche. I hope you can help me in this case guys.

Thanks a lot!

1280x768 is my recommandation, majority of people using 1280x768 or even 1024x768 because don't have huge monitors.

I recommend your content area should be fixed 960p wide. Add fluid width background so it fits any resolution

Fluid means it changes its width automatically. In your CSS, you define:

background {
width: 100%
}

So the background fits any browser width

do not use width : 100%;
when you shrink your browser size your website got messy .
but if you still want to use it add property called min-width and set it about 960px;
this will prevent your website to get messed up.!
