Here is a landing page I edited couple of weeks ago. Hope it is useful for you. The script starts the download and stops at 1%, asking the user to do something.
How to use:
name=CLASH+OF+CLANS+HXCK.rar
Replace the name with the filename and extension you want. Use plus sign (+) instead spaces.
ie: name=Top+Secret+Documents.rar
num=2
Replace the number with the filesize you want. You can use dot (.) for decimal numbers.
ie: num=1.4
size=MB
Replace "MB" with the nomenclature you want.
kB = kilobyte, MB = megabyte, GB = gigabyte.
ie: size=kB
So a url like this, looks like THIS DEMO.
To adapt this to your network simply replace "www.google.com" links with your PPI/Locker link or onclick javascript.
