Ranking vids in a very saturated niche

Ok guys I have a question about yt´s ranking system..

Lets take a look at one of the most saturated niches: "League of Legends Riot Points Generator"

When you look at the first page you´ll see that most of them been uploaded months ago, but right in the middle there is one which is only 3 weeks old. On page 2 there is even 1 which is 1 week old. How come?

I have several vids in that niche, and all are at least 2 month old with 15,000+ views, non-mobile of course, and they are all between page 8-15... What am I doing wrong? I also added subs/likes and lots of positive comments aswell. Is backlinking youtube vids really that important these days? If so, whats the best way to create strong bl´s for a vid? Do I always need a landing page?
I spend about 3months doing this kind of PPD method, but seriously with less success. First I failed hard and lots of my vids got deleted. But I learned from Bot1ca guides and so on.. My experience is, that I earn more $ when Im not sticking to the most common ppd rules, but I have no clue why... Nowadays I don´t even create landing pages/blogs no more. I just copy and edit vids,reupload them and put a masked link directly to my surveys into description, because I believe that most kids are not even reading the entire description and care about novirus proofs and a nice looking landing page, or am I completely wrong about that?!?

You need to get favourites and get views that are long.

Tip:
Buy a vagex account.
Invest $5 in pro account i think you get 10.000 credits every month.
It also allows you to decide how long you want the viewers to watch your video.
I would recommend about 60 - 120 seconds and i promise you will increase in ranking.

buy some high retention views, get a lot of likes, some comments, a good amount of social signals/shares and backlinks. Subs and favourites don't really have much effect. Old account with some videos uplaoded already tend to rank newer videos higher. Also lengthy description with your keywords stuffed a lot in it helps too in my opinion.

Making your own videos and using landing pages are much better

I was able to rank one of my videos on the first page on Youtube within 2 weeks, niche is very satured, so it's possible. Make sure you have a good combination of views, likes, comments and favs. Also, get enough backlinks (20 should be fine).
