Here is my niche website: http://recipe-archive.blogspot.com/
on that website I will post multiple recipes and some will link to a cpalead locker, where they will have to complete an offer to get full recipe.

I plan on my traffic coming from Instagram and Facebook, I will be experimenting with both.

Suggestions, questions, comments?

is that meant to be multi niche blog or single niche blog?

It's a single niche, with multiple subniche's within it. It's multi-niche.
On another note, I would recommend changing the template, it looks to boring and generic. You might want to change some of the widgets you use around, to appeal better to the readers.

1. Get a blogger template that caters to food/recipes.
2. I wouldnt have a download button at all.
3. I would content lock each post w/ widget.
4. Use pinterest for traffic as well.
5. Add stumbleupon and tumblr
5. Switch to a wordpress blog with custom domain name.
6. Use SNAP to post to your social network sites, FB, Twitter, Stumbleupon, Tumblr (wordpress plugin) I dont think the cracked version works with pinterest yet, I may be wrong.

You can use all sorts of bots to get followers to all of your social network accounts and SNAP will post to all of them. Don't forget to add Adsense, some keywords like ORGANIC FOOD, HEALTHY FOOD, NATURAL FOOD etc are high in CPC. Also don't forget to edit your meta tags on your blogger :)
