Need help in YT +CPA

Hello, I want to know what is the best VPN for youtube video uploading. I was using HMA PRO VPN but I usually got my videos and YT accounts deleted as their IPs have blacklisted from youtube can you help me?
And is there any software that will help to spin videos as I will make 1 video and upload it several times but before uploading need to spin it or cut something so it would be unique is there any program besides Windows Movie maker?

Look for VIDEO SPIN BLASTER.

Yeh mate spin the content, some stuff like Liberty Reserve gets banned for content I know that!
I have a ton of Danish accounts and I am from UK

Oh and what would be best for editing videos? Adding watermark etc?
