I was wondering, all the campaigns on adwork media; like free macbook pro and things, are they illegal to make a website all about them? Because if they aren't really giving them out isn't that fraud?

I don't know, I just don't want to go to jail about this, I would like some reassurance xD

No, it's not illegal to promote affiliate offers unless you use copyrighted content to promote them.
Usually all the information is written on the offer page, i.e., what you agree with when sending the information.

It isn't illegal at all. It also isn't fraud because in the end these sites do actually give these items out, but you have to follow extremely strict guidelines to the letter in order to receive the item. Therefore if people say that the company is not telling the truth the company can simply tell them that they did not follow the rules.

The CPA industry is a huge legitimate industry, the only illegal part is black hatting usually where people are forcing others to do offers (like locking computers with ransomware)
