I bought a laptop (Toshiba U940-101j) and about 2 weeks later it was broken.. No, not a software/hardware faillure.
My cousin stepped on it, when she helped painting our living room:mad:

After I finally accepted the fact that it really was broken, I ordered a new one (Toshiba u840) but that laptop wasn't really satisfying, so I sent it back and now I'll wait for the money.

Now I bought me a new one, this one looks like the u940-101J, but it's different on the inside. This laptop has got more storage than the other one.
Please check out my New Toshiba Sattelite u940-11X

Thank you.
I'm pretty satisfied with the laptop so far :)
I need to get used to Windows 8, but it's not that hard with a Windows Shell Start button haha

MacBook Air was a better option, if you know what I mean. 10+ Hours battery life - my USP.

Yes I could, but this isn't a laptop for gaming, it's for school/cpa.
I don't care much about the video card haha

No, it definatly wasn't, first of all, overpriced as hell in my opinion and only 128GB storage, I need about 500GB+ for all my programs/music/etc.
About the battery duration you're totaly right, but the ultrabooks I saw weren't able of a long battery duration AND a big storage, so I picked the big storage one ^^

Bro, that 128GB is SSD. It is super fast. Macbook air's are not to store your data, but get your work done faster. Also, about the overpriced thing, they are quite good bro, I have one and I know I haven't wasted my money. Trust me you wouldn't have any better choice than that.

Also, it is regardless we continue as you already have bought one laptop. It is just I wanted you to really think, before going into toshiba and other brands.

Its is nice buy overall, and that onboard GC is way more powerful than the above poster imagines.

I am not familiar with Macbooks, and 128SSD is fast, I know.
I got 32GB SSD (for windows) and the rest for just normal storage.
There were ultrabooks with 128GB SSD, but I prefer my above 128SSD. Just my opinion though.

About the graphic card, even though I don't care much about gaming on my laptop, I still admit that it isn't quite good..
When I earn big with CPA ($2000/month) I can buy another laptop too but this time for gaming :P

Anyway, I am not mad at you for giving your opinion, but I appreciate it :)

Yes, I know you are not. Good luck for your 2000$/month goals.
