Loaded some funds on their account ( some of it mysteriously dissapeared ) but nvm about that few $ its not much

my problem is the orders and the refund i asked since they are not delivering.
here are the screenshots

as you can see my orders are still on pending status although they claim starting is INSTANT as you can see on the screenshot bellow

Let's take a closer look at this guy's statement:

https://prnt.sc/l9rpuc - he only made that btc deposit. Your funds "mysteriously dissapeared"? Offer some proof, you can't just throw that and say it's the truth. Maybe CharlieHarper believed it, but it's still a lie.
"A deposit of 0.00042191 BTC has been received and confirmed into your Wallet. The deposit was received on *** with transaction ID ***317224." https://prnt.sc/l9ry51 I guess he's mad because he thought btc was still 14k and should have got the $6. We do offer free balance for some users, but guys who ask for it nicely and not trying to force our hand

we are refunding all stuck orders, user only has to ask for it and wait for confirmation. we know our support has been slow in the past few weeks, that is because we're working on changing the platform (servicelist and staff are changing too).

And most important: "Your sales thread has been temporarily closed, to protect other honest CPAElites members."
How can you suspend one thread only based on what this user provided? "Other honest CPAE members" and we're not???

The conclusion is that you should pay more attention of what some guys are showing as proof. We've dealed with Hawk directly in the past and always respected the CPAElites community, considering us a part of it. We feel insulted by the actions CharlieHarper took and requesting you to take action against uploadrock.

There have been many complaints regarding several different SMM panels in the last weeks and months. Some ended up in dispute threads, sellers have even been banned. We have to protect the CPAElites members from scam attempts.

Your thread hasn't been suspended, nor deleted, it was temporarily closed. I opened it again, so please update your sales message.

Not our business how other panels are doing business or if they're scammers. We didn't respond the complaint in time because we're not checking the CPAE forum on a daily basis, will try to change that. You "temporarily closed" the thread 'cause we did not respond within one day of his Ticket request for a refund... a bit harsh from your part. But that's solved now, refunded the user as he asked.
