what you mean under html decoder? html is not encrypted or compiled language so it doesn't require any decoding....

This is not an example of any type of encrypted data also html is not posible to be encrypted using java.

I think you're looking for java deobfuscator (js developers usually obfuscate their codes to make it harder to be read by the others).

Which obfuscator to use?
These depends on what are you going to deobfuscate. There are a lot cool obfuscators for ages

As noob tool I would suggest jsbeautifier.org (fail 98% of the times but you can try).
But in deobfuscating or unpacking js scripts I don't think that there's any better tool than Revelo.

People most of the time use public obfuscators so there are a lot chances to find the "rule" how it's been obfuscated.

But there are also a lot "quality programmers" that spend some time in their app security. In those cases will be little hardly to get the plain code.
Usually when you decrypt source code you can get some confusing var names but if this var name will be used in the right place who care about var name because script will be executed again. So even if you can't get full code you can still edit script.

Hope you've got the point!

It's not true cause also HTML can be encoded.
The main problem here it's- Does it worth encoding html source code?
No it doesn't!

HTML it has been built as it is and even if html it's encoded you don't need any RE skills to decode. Just don't try to rip full code but use Chrome browser (if I can remember exactly) and get code of each element there.
