You rewrite those 1000 to include your keywords. You can't simply put them anywhere as it won't make sense.
Not 100% sure but i think you should only have around 2% keyword density meaning out of 1000 words, 20 or so would be keywords.

I'm sure someone will be able to correct me

Well. You cold work with masks/tokens.

Code:
This is a %keyword%.

Then you're going to code a tool/function/script (what ever). This tool/function/script will create articles based on your count of keywords. For example:

J-avascript:
Code:
var Keywords = ['Keyword1', 'Keyword2']; /* And so on... */
var Article = 'This is a %keyword%.';
for (var i = 0; i < Keywords.length; i++) {
  console.log(Article.replace('%keyword', Keywords[i]));
}

Just an example. :-)

Actually the "perfect" % was found to be 3%-4%. But since the op will probably use the keywords in titles etc 2% is a sweet number.

OP : You have 200 keywords and want to place them in a 1000 word article? Are you serious? The article will look like shit probably, the best thing to do is write the article from the start (I guess you just copied it) and try to use ~5-10 keywords. Then check the density with an online tool and optimize it to 2% - 4% on any 3 word phrase. If you have 1 or 2 word phrases more than 4% it's ok.

Hope I helped you :)

The best tool is the one that does the job. Search, I can't recommend any particular tool.
