Or maybe know a good exchange g+ site.

Addmefast.com has an option for both Google+ Circles and Google+ Post Shares
Social-exchange.net has an option for Google+ (Plus One)
Plusexchange.info has an option for Google+ (Plus One)
Plusonespro.com (great site from as far as I heard)

And there is a bot called Google Bandit but I never tried it and I don't know if it works or not :
gbandit.com

If you decide to buy it make sure to check about it because I'm not any way affiliated with that bot, never got my hands on it.

I am using likesplanet.com but I am not very pleased about them.

Not really sure mate but try it, I heard that they introduced the google plus one feature recently because they had the google circles option (which I tested and I was pleased with it) but I believe that you can use the plus one feature for videos as well. Addmefast has alot of users so delivering in quantity is not really a problem.
