I've had a lot of bad experiences with Samsung support, they were going to charge me £50 to reset my phone, even though it took about 30 seconds to it myself.

samsung support suck, I bought laptop from dell and their support is better then samsung.

i called them ( with phone ) and everything whas fine...
proberly cus it is lazy american chat support

Hard to find decent customer support nowadays. Over the years I have learned that calling a company gets you a lot further than chatting or emailing does.
