i hear OGmobi is great for mobile offers.. and i think 50onred is specifically desktop traffic considering they basically have people who download a toolbar that grabs their adware... not sure what would be a great traffic source for mobile..

Zeropark show exaggerated volume however when you setup the campaign you wont find much volume and for mobile traffic its almost 0 traffic unless you are targeting youtube.com or google.com

50onRed is PPV desktop traffic from popups.. Try Airpush or GD and FB for mobile.

Facebook is your best bet for cheap Tier 1 mobile traffic. I've tested a few other advertising networks and haven't had much luck.

50onred have mobile traffic now. You need to switch it on in "traffic channels".
For mobile I am using Zeropark and Propeller.

Have you tested enough? It's not just running one campaign - one lander and checking if you got any conversions. You are buying data, most campaigns are not profitable from the start. Choose a vertical, choose same offer from different networks (they are performing differently even if it's exact same offer), make few landing pages. When you will have enough data just cut the worst placements, worst lp's and constantly TEST.
