Scammed/Chargedback Amount: $69.95

Proof:

Details: The user purchased the product on 9/6/2016 and it was delivered to him on the same day. The buyer never contacted me afterwards and all of a sudden, he issued a chargeback today. Even though he is online at Skype, he is refusing to reply to any of my messages and ignoring me completely. It is apparent that this is intentional and hence I am opening this dispute thread.

He used PayPal. I guess there isn't much that can be done since the user pretty much have no interest for resolution as he's ignoring me completely and given his profile on CPAElites, I doubt whether he would mind a ban. These chargebacks are quite disheartening for us sellers & service providers.

Yes, and the seller hasn't responded yet in PP. But, given Paypal's "Buyer's Protection" scheme, I doubt whether I will win the dispute, as nowadays, buyers can give virtually any reasons and win a dispute as long as it's a software purchase.

Provide a few screenshots of you delivering the service to the seller. It should convince Paypal. I won a dispute a week ago. You need to talk more than your buyer and if you are going to provide proof of you delivering your product you are more likely to win the case. Wish you the best! Smile

Can you disable his license? At least he would not be able to use it anymore.

That should happen automatically but he already used it for almost half a month and have the binaries of the program.
