Your 2 cents on this KW analysis

So i have a SEO project currently going on. At best the volume per keyword is something like 100-1K searches. Then I stumbled on these new keywords. The searches seem off the charts and top pages being forum posts.

In your opinion by just looking at the number of google results (under Google Results column) would you consider them as high competition or low competition? I am new to this SEO thing
