Workout to burn fat at home.

There is no denying I need to lose weight.

Does anyone have like a set routine I can use at home to burn some fat.
I'm looking for a 20-30minute one, otherwise I get bored. Smile

O, I also have a rowing machine which I might need to bust out of the cuboard.

Anyway you won't have any results if you don't "fix" your diet first. And why dont you go out and run?

Running is boring. I started doing it and just go bored,even when listening to music. My diet is ok, I have salads for lunch but go crazy for dinner. Grin

Yeah running alone is really boring, but find someone, girl if possible to run with and it wont be that boring. <.< ;d

I am doing full time IM so I don't have a scheduled work program , I started going to the gym every morning at 8 clock when everybody goes to work.
Once I come home I work on my projects till 3-5 PM. AFter that lesure time , go out , play games, f my b itch rince and repeat.
Try to involve your workouts in the everyday scheduel.
For max results of burning fat work out in the morning and do a lot of cardio, don't eat before workout.
Also please note if you have a tendency of gaining weight once you will stop training you will get even fatter than before.

Google "Insanity workout". Can be downloaded from torrents. One of the best I've seen but quite intense though.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I have a 7:30am -3:30pm job, and the gyms are usually packed where I live any time of day.
