Will this promotion help my website?

I'm thinking about ordering a gig on SeoClerks from a level X seller, but I have a few questions. This is the description of the gig:
I will promote your any url over 30 Million active Facebook groups or Fan wall +50 000 friends timeline for $10.
  • The hosting I am planning to buy can cater for 25,000 visits per month. Would this service crash my site?
  • Will it genuinely help my website short term and long term?
  • Could this promotion genuinely bring in leads?
  • Would I be better off buying sponsored tweets instead?

Sorry if I'm expecting the world by asking these questions but I'm just looking for a little help.

Dont buy these kind of services, you need to read between the lines.
The service probably is as vague as possible when "claiming" that you will get traffic.
At best you will get 100-200 visitors with max 2 conversions but that is just an estimative u need to try it out yourself too see.

PS when buying from these gig sites always look for what is not mentioned or is as vague as possible in this case the estimative traffic, country form which the fans come, their niche and interests etc if these are not mentioned than its dubious.

I used to be a big time flippa and gig seller , I made shitloads of money with simple autosugestive services and sites.

When most people look at a service like "I will promote your any url over 30 Million active Facebook groups or Fan wall +50 000 friends timeline for $10." thay think of traffic, yet he aint selling traffic just a simple fb posting service...
