Hello,

I'm investigating the option of buying different country codes like .nl .be .de to be part in a affiliate redirect idea.

Will this work:

You have an amazing famous website like straweberry.com where they have an affiliate program.

I buy straweberry.ch and redirect it to straweberry.com/ref12931203

Will my straweberry.ch rank in for this example Swiss?

Personally, I have never seen a website ranking which has a redirect in place to a different website. I don't think that's natural or a good way to rank a website since it seem's fake. You could however create a blog and link to the affiliate program in a article then rank that specific article. I'd think doing it that way would be easier and much more natural and beneficial in regards to ranking a website.

I don't think it aswell.

I will update this thread in some months with the result.

Anyways according to google analytics i've had 6 unique visitors in the first 2 days after buying the 14$ domain.

We will see!

This is not going to work,. It won't have any backlinking profile. The backlink juice of [b]straweberry.com will not be passed backwards to it's redirects[/b. You'd have to treat like a complete new domain.

I hardly think Google would ever make it this easy to just rank by just redirecting different country TLDs and profiting off the hard SEO work of other businesses.
