Why I Can't Sleep!! >:(

So it's 8:08AM now of morning still can't sleeping i go to bed but after 3 hours of lay down im still not sleeping im pretty sure my crash thinking about me again or any girl out there because im handsome and it's annoying! Mad

do you guys have a method to sleep? immediately if possible Cry

Do some push ups, eat, drink some alcohol , masturbate - this should knock you the fuck down!

1) Stop using any electronic devices at least 1 hour before going to sleep, the light interferes with melatonin production, an important hormone for sleep regulation.
2)Read.
3)If you have anything pending/ideas in your head write them down, or else you will be distracted when trying to sleep.
4)Stretch.
5)Do some meditation.
I do those in order everyday and i don't have trouble sleeping. Also make sure your room is as dark as posible, i had to cover the TV stand-by, router, modem , etc light with black tape.

Agreed all the above mentioned activities will knock you down since it involves physical exertion. But you had to mention alcohol? Why not add some cyanide to your list? That will knock him down permanently.

Actually I too have been getting the same problem. Day before yesterday I woke up at around 5.30am and ended up getting out of bed for 6.10, felt like shit because of it all day yesterday and was feeling grumpy. Last night I ended up going to bed at around 11pm which for me is some what early normally hit the sack at around 12/12.30) - I just ended up laying there thinking of things and could not actually sleep due to my brain not switching off. Annoying, feel better today but it's best to try and read for a while before going to bed as it helps a lot.

Oh for me as soon as it strikes 10:30 my eyes develop a tendency to shut down lol. And I feel damn sleepy within 11 o clock. I don't feel like waking up until 8 in the morning.

The best secret is grab a book lay down on the bed and read it. You will definitely get some sleep quickly :)
