Where exactly do you like working the most?

This question is related more to the Freelancers working in programming, IM  fields or students - people, who do not have official office
position and constant workplace. The thing is - I'm searching for a ways to improve
my productivity while working and studying, and since I'm working at home most of the time, I find myself
procrastinating much.

My conclusion = the same place for a work and rest is not the best idea for your productivity.

So where do you tend to work? May it be silent library, cafe shop, rented one-place-office in city or home?
Also what is your daily work routine? Let's share ideas and experiences :)

You should not work at home, it's not a good long-term place to work and be organized, I work at a co-work place myself, where entrepreneurs and freelancers hang together and work together. It's a big place, we share kitchen, common places, and more. But we are away from home what makes us more productive.

I'm considering such idea myself. Have you previously worked at home and after switching noticed significant improvement in your
production? I guess the fact, that you have to get up, dress, drive somewhere for a while makes you work
more hardly and, of course, more productively, doesn't it? :)

Honestly for the longest time I have worked from home but I find myself getting to complacent and feel like i am not efficiently spending my time. I find I work better when I'm out in public at a local coffee spot.

It makes you feel better, make some social, meet people, meet new ideas, exchange knowledge, and more. You have no space to grow if you are locked at home.
