What is the difference between ranking youtube video 2013&2014?

Hi. I started with PPD again and back in 2012,2013 i was useing youtube and i will try with youtube again. So, could anyone aswer to my question?
I remember back then i just needed PVA account so video lasts longer, HQ video name, description, some likes and HR views. What about 2014?

Its the same thing in 2014. PVA is required. But now its gets taken down much faster than it used to be.

gopo2k is right. nowadays, youtube is so damn strict.. its even harder if you got lots of competitors with your niche. Once your competitors saw you are in the top videos they join force and mass flag your video.. hahahaha..

LOL yep. To be honest YouTube turned into dog eat dog.

youtube is out to get everyone using CPA and on top of that everyone is flagging each other. You either need a super HQ video or you need to spam videos in order to actually make money.

Time has changed and it's harder to rank and most importantly maintain rankings.

Google specifically addressed YouTube parasiting several weeks ago.
