What is a CPA Network?

Cost-Per-Action Network is a network that focuses mainly on Cost-Per-Acquisition or Cost-Per-Action advertising. Though it is closely related to Affiliate Marketing network, it differs in the sense that it focuses more on the leads instead of sales, though not exclusively. As such, in CPA marketing, you do not necessarily need to make a sale to earn. To earn in a CPA network, you just need to generate leads such as submitting an email address or a phone number to the network.

Due to the ability to earn without having to make an actual sale, CPA networks attract a huge audience from affiliate marketers and fraudsters alike. As such, these networks are quite strict than the normal affiliate networks in terms of approval of individuals to join the network.

CPA Networks Analyzed

A CPA marketing campaign consists of a publisher and an advertiser. The Network is the middleman that links up the advertiser with a single or numerous publishers. Moreover, the advertiser gets to enjoy various benefits including tracking tools, solutions, and payment processing. For every lead generated by the affiliate, the advertiser pays the CPA Network and the affiliate.

Networks vary in terms size, pricing models, or niche they concentrate in. Some focus on specific niches while others will cut across various niches to provide you with multiple offers. Some work with specific pricing models while others don’t; some only work with smaller brands, while others work with popular brands or both.

On the other hand, the publisher gets to enjoy numerous benefits when working with a CPA network. You get to access tracking tools, correct links and any other relevant information to help you generate leads to an offer. Moreover, the publishers have access to a list of offers and comparison tools to help them find the best offers to promote.

The most critical information that the publisher is looking for is the earning per click (EPC) that shows how a lead is converting and the payout per lead to determine whether to promote a specific offer. Some networks offer support to the advertisers through affiliate managers who mainly guides you through how best to utilize the network and answers any other relevant questions.
