Deadlift: 345lbs
Bench: 235lbs
Squat: 330lbs

if anyone wants to know i'm 16

Glad you got inspired mate :)

You are 16 and you are already lifting that kind of weight thats insane lol. I am not doing deadlift and squat right now i am still letting my back recover from intense 5x5 program 4 months a go :)

I used to lift the following:
Deadlift: 360lbs
Squats: 220lbs

thats my max 5 reps :)

Right now with bench i can do 120 10x3

should press - dbells 100's x 5

6'0 - 180 lbs - body fat around 5%

I am 70kg (150 lbs) and I am doing biceps at the scott bench with 45kg (100 lbs) don't really know if this is as high as of the others but its my max

5'8 @ 176lbs today is day 1 of this type of cut i am doing
I am going to cut 20lbs
