Currently I'm normally up until around 11pm-12pm max. I used to stay up until literally 2-3am in the morning but since getting older I'm not able to do that anymore.

Before 1 week I was very sleepy guy and going to bed at 10 or max 11 but now I can't sleep, Whenever I sleep I get up back 10 or 15 minutes later so Kinda I just rest max 1 or 2 hours a night

I think I should consult a doctor because at this age sleeping 2 hours isn't that much

You can find natural stuff to help you sleep to be honest, I would do that first if I were you else doctors will just issue you with drugs.

My problem is that when I sleep after 5 minutes I just get back up I can't move my body but only my eyes and I'm just stuck, Then suddenly something or someone appears infront of my eyes this scares me a lot, Then after a while when I try hard enough I could get up completely and move so when I see this struggle 3 or 4 times a night then I don't sleep the whole night again

That is odd, yes, perhaps a doctor would be your best bet then.

I always end up watching a movie too before I sleep. Even if I'm tired Smile.
