What Do YOU Think About Negative SEO?.....

Just wanted to get a feeling of how all of you guys and girls feel about negative seo used on level 2 and level 3 parasites and not aimed at your main money site.

I am thinking of getting such massive scrape box blasts of like a million links to see if they will rank some Web 2.0 properties that all link to my money site.

Anyone had any experience with this before?

I asked the pastor, what's the fastest way to Heaven
He said Porsche 911, with the Turbo.

This is too bad. Negative SEO can actually harm your website reputation and cause delisting of your website from Google SERP. You need to find the source and eliminate all backlinks.

You can disavow links via the Google Search Console. This way, some links will no be taken into consideration when determining you rankings.

Negative SEO is generally used to lower (or even deindex) a competitor's rankings with, for example, backlinks like : "pron, g@mbling, ph@rm@cy" ; why would you use that to rank you own parasites ?

Negative SEO usually used by competitor to make his opponent ranking lower by sending mass low spammy backlinks

Like the guys above me wrote, I think you are using the wrong term. Negative seo is when a competitor is putting many many backlinks to your site all at ones in an attempt to get you penalize by google.

Are you asking about negative seo or sending tons of tier2 and tier3 links to your tier1? These are two different things.

EDIT: lol digged out thread, sry

This is not a negative SEO if you use right anchor texts. Spamming Web2.0s and profile links is a common practice. It is good to combine it with social signals.
