Webhost complaint

I got a complaint on a website which is saying to them to take my site down because I am stealing account data of users and stuff like that which is not true or even close. I am sure the the host is taking it very seriously and the complaint is 99% from the competition or from a user which could not download the "h@ck".

How to deal with it ? What should I say to them ?

Then talk to your host, say them you're going to move your website to another host instead. A lot of threads at CPAElites recommend offshore hosting regarding DMCA and such, please use the search function.

If you're not doing anything wrong you have nothing to worry about, hosting companies are not idiots they won't just remove your site because they get some LQ random email. I would personally take screenshots and send over the logins to your hosting however and tell them to feel free to access the contents and check it out directly.

No, normally not. You're going to have another IP address, the domain is the same. So if your downtime is not longer than some days to a week, don't worry.

This.
I always recommend to have ToS/ToC on your website, so you can always show it to them and tell them that it's completely legitimate and there's nothing to worry about.

Like everyone said already, If you aren't doing anything blackhat you are fine.
But if you are, you're better off switching to offshore.

It may also be the case where a competitor is falsely reporting your website to your host to knock you off from the competition. If you are not having any questionable niche, then you can easily tell your host that you are not involved in anything fishy or that you are just promoting gaming cheats (if you are in gaming niche).

Hope this helps.
