How do people make websites like this:

http://web20links.com/go.php?dl=NAME_OF_NICHE
What you change behind go.php?dl=..... is the name of the file on the screen.

That is actually really easy to make that.
Simplest way would be:
First div would be something like this: height:700px; width: 100%
no background image or color in this div.
Body background would be positioned absolute or so on.
And next step is create divs under "blank/ first div"
and it will work just like your example page.

This is way what I would use.

That is a nice trick. If you put anything in the link, the download section, file name changes.
