I'm creating my own program in VB.net but everytime I put a picture box and set it to transparent, it still has a grey color at the back of it. Can anyone tell me how can I make it to transparent? Thanks guys!

Kind Regards,
CapsLuck

Click the system -> Transparent

I've done that, is it on the properties section at the lower right?

It happens sometimes due to themes. Or maybe your picture does not have transparent background. :)

Provide a screenshot of what you are trying to accomplish (ofc, hiding any niche details) and I might try to help.

Put this below code in the "Enter" event of the control /Textbox-
Code:
Dim Hint As New ToolTip
        Hint.IsBalloon = True ' try setting this to False too
        Hint.Show("hint goes here", sender)
