I have seen a lot of VB app shared in this forum. I was amazed how they were created. My question is what VB program are you using to open this apps? Can somebody share a link? I am not sure if it is the visual studio of microsoft. So please. Thanks in advance.

Yes, this is Microsoft Visual Studio. There is a free trial license available, too.

If you're going to start "from scratch" (so with no knowledge about Visual Basic), I suggest you to invest into your personal skills and future and start learning C++ or C# instead of Visual Basic. Because these skills are requested frequently.

C++ is better than C#, because it can be used at other operating systems like Linux, MacOS, ... too. Another advantage of C++ is, it can't be decompiled back into the source code like C# and Visual Basic. And of course C++ is integrated in Microsoft Visual Studio.

There are lots of good tutorial videos about C++ (and C#) at YouTube.
