well its a fake cheat with a regular progressbar feature and some textbox feature.

The code is exactly the same as another file I created a few days ago but that one doesn't get detected at all?

Try renaming all instances of "hack" to "cheat" (shouldn't make a difference in conversions).

When you rebuild your project, include a HD icon.

Make sure to edit the assembly information appropriately.

shouldn't be a problem.

as I stated above I used the exact same theme + code for a different program and it didn't get detected. it was also the same concept of the progressbar etc.
