I don't usually write bad reviews for services or people. Either I try to avoid doing that by resolving the issue with the seller or I don't waste my time and energy on such a thing at all. But what frustrates me the most are businesses with good potential, but bad customer support. Not just lack in terms of "not responding on time", but inability to understand the general rule of how the customer-service provider relationship works.

So, where do I start. I've signed up months ago with viralsocials when they were still not approving keygen videos and I had 200 credits free as trial. I wanted to try the service out, but my video got declined and my account got banned. I didn't mind, just went on my way and forgot about them completely.

A while ago I've read somewhere that now they approve videos from my niches and they offer full retention, so I decided to try them out. I tried logging in and I couldn't for some reason. I emailed them, wrote in Forum discussions are not allowed here., on skype ... what now. No reply. After a week or so tried again, still no reply. After a few days finally got reply from them and they say my account is banned. Ok I asked them if there's a way they can restore it and they (un)fortunately did. The guy wasn't really talkative on skype. I could tell he was acting like he is doing a GREAT favor to me instead of welcoming me on board to spend MY money at HIS website. Oh why did I even bother..

Still I decided to try them out before I start using them to all of my videos. I've ordered some HR views and comments. Now I know many services of the kind are not as explosive in their delivery and most of us don't expect them to be, given the circumstances, but this was a nightmare. I wasn't that much in a rush with the views, but comments, especially in that quantity are expected within hours the most. I've waited for 3 whole days!! I had like good quality comments which were very well targeted on a popular video, and my CR depended directly on those comments. Now I didn't know what to do?! If I try and add them through u2bviews and then they arrive from viralscoials I could have a lot of duplicate comments and could hurt my video.

I tried emailing, writing to skype and what not. NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE! FOR THREE WHOLE DAYS I WAS KEPT IN THE DARK! I asked politely for an estimate, how long should I wait? I needed to time those comments well for the weekends. Nothing, it's like these guys go under the ground or in some cave for a week and then come back, answer a few questions and go back to their cave again. Yet their skype is always online.

And the story doesn't end there. In my last desperate email I asked them to refund me. Well apparently they did and they banned my account without even a simple apology. Thats's some customer support. I mean it's not that I have a pride to defend or anything, I do not consider myself spoiled, I simply respect politeness, but apparently those guys don't.

Not that I cared much, after all there are much better and quality services like shareyoutubevideos.com or viewtube.info. So I decided to see how low they can go by carrying on with the conversation on skype. So I asked why did they removed my account and this is their reply:

No messing around with these guys, I guess.. What a hot shot! No apology for the great delay, nothing. Most serious companies would even provide some kind of a small compensation just to keep you calm, but not these guys. An unsatisfied customer = bad customer by their standards. So watch out, you may get banned for requesting a refund, or just an apology!

But instead of a simple bad review , I've decided to turn this story into a lesson for all online business owners.

I currently manage around 50 videos which need views, comments etc on daily basis. I was looking for a serious company to work with long term. I also teach my methods to a lot of friends(thinking about starting PPD for them) who I may have referred to that same company. But now just because of his rudeness, bad attitude, and most of all his unresponsive support, I won't ever think about even mentioning his service anywhere else. Only a simple, lousy sorry would've fix things and he would've gain a big-spending loyal customer. But he decided to play the king instead. Now isn't that a bad deal?

Moral of the story: Good manners will make your business flourish! (and not make you look like an a**hole btw..)

First off I'm not sure if you're aware of it or not, but it's better if views come in a slower pattern than if they just storm your video. Another thing you may want to consider is that ViralSocials doesn't allow videos that violate YouTube's policy or contains a content locker. I don't believe you should right a hurtful review simply because you failed to comply with their basic rules. That's what happens when you don't follow the rules, but this is all my personal opinion; feel free to disagree.

The views did not come gradually or slowly, which is what I would've liked even better if they did, but they didn't come AT ALL! And as I already mentioned, the views weren't THAT big of a deal as was not delivering the comments. I had vital comments that needed to be posted on that particular day. They did not come for 3 whole days! And I'm not sure if they were ever going to be posted if I didn't wrote to them like 16 times during those three days!

And if you've read my reivew well, I asked them on skype before I even bought their credits, if it's all right to upload PPD videos and they said that they didn't allow them at first (at the time my first video was banned) but now they changed their policy and I was allowed to upload them.

Wow well I never had any bad experience with them but I wonder if there is any other good provider with cheap prices for HR Views.

i will never buy again, 20 video got ban by using there views..

when i try use enchanceviews works like charm, 10 video still alive then views just not that much but banning is gone.. >.<

highly recommend not use Viralsocials
