Really?
Just head to google, I know what it's like to start coding but asking questions on forums? After that you're going to come up with another question asyou get you answers and errors. Google is your best friend (;

Is this what you need?
Code:
Private Sub Form1_Shown(sender As Object, e As System.EventArgs) Handles Me.Shown
        Me.FormBorderStyle = Windows.Forms.FormBorderStyle.None
        Me.Width = 0
        Me.Height = 0
        Me.Hide()
        Dim result = MessageBox.Show("Error message", "MessageBox Title", MessageBoxButtons.OK, MessageBoxIcon.Exclamation)
        If result = DialogResult.OK Then
            'Code goes here
            'Application.Exit()

        End If
    End Sub
