Pretty simple. Go to your form or theme properties. Near text properties, there are size proprietors. Set it to non sizable. That's it
Am i clear?

Select the form, then scroll down the properties window. You will find an option maximum size and minimum size. First resize the form to your need then take its size (size in properties) and place it in bot maximum size and minimum size! You are good to go then! :)
