Hello cpaelites,

Im sitting and trying to figure out how i make a template progressbar work.

Code:
Private Sub Timer1_Tick(sender As Object, e As EventArgs) Handles Timer1.Tick
        CrystalClearProgressBar1.Increment(1)
        If CrystalClearProgressBar1.Value = 99 Then
            CrystalClearTextBox1.Text = Int(Rnd() * 10)
            Select Case CrystalClearTextBox1.Text

It simple says error on the first line with CrystalClearProgressBar1.Increment(1)

But not on secound line at the If CrystalClearProgressBar1.Value = 99 Then.

I cant seem to figure out how to make it work and i hope somebody in here can help me out with that.

And also, can somebody help me, to make a lebel text something like

If ProgressBar1.Value = 10 Then
Label should say ("Connecting to online Database") ETC.

I dont really know how to do that, and could be awesome to know.

I will give thanks and really appreciate some help here!

For the progressbar problem, maybe this could help you ;
Code:
http://www.cpaelites.com/Thread-Simeple-Error-Help-me-pls-Easily

For the label to display the message ;

Code:
Label1.text = "Your Message Here"

under every value you want it to change just do the above and it will give you what you want.

Hope that helps. Smile

hey rakhwas, sometimes the error could be because of your custom theme which you are using.Try to use the default progressbar and the following lines in your timer:

ProgressBar1.Increment(1)
If ProgressBar1.Value = (70) Then
Label1.Text = ("Your text")
End If

If ProgressBar1.Value = ProgressBar1.Maximum Then
Label2.Text = ("Your text")
Timer1.Stop()

Don't forget to add a timer and one button where you have to put the line timer1.start
Hope that this helped you.

open up your theme class
find progress bar code
then put this

Code:
Sub Increment(ByVal val As Integer)
        Value += val
    End Sub

enjoy

I know how to code it, its just the error i want away, because its so ugly to get a default progressbar, in a theme.
