How to do that When The Timer1 done will appear MSGBOX?

If you are using the timer for a progress bar, then I think it is something like this :

If Progressbar.value = 100
Then
MsgBox ("")

If ProgressBar1.Value = ProgressBar1.Maximum Then
Timer1.Stop()
MsgBox ("")
End If

i did it and what i wrote in the ("")
is appear without end (some thing like abusive messages )
what to do?
