Trespassing on the rail tracks

Southeastern rail services were disrupted after passengers grew frustrated at delays in south London, and began walking down the tracks.

What do you think should they be fined for this?

They have opened the doors and for this, they should be fined.

The real issue is why the train company didn't evacuate them off the train.

I don't see what compels people to stay on a train against their will in desperate circumstances.
