To Warn or Not to Warn. That, is The Question

I have started to use a few lines to tell people about the survey they will need to download on click (small print). I feel this will help my conversion rates, but will it lose me enough clicks to make it not worth my while?

Yes, you will lose clicks if they read the text, but the important factor is that you will get more conversion. So you will get clicks only from interested people to get your product.

Magic, I will leave it there then. I do seem to be getting less clicks to views (9-1-0 lol), but, as you said, conversion rate increase.

Better to let them know before hand, because as Nero above said, the interested ones will try.

One con is that you won't get them to click on your link. Usually people are just bored and search for random shit, finding a link that interests them, and then seeing a survey, they usually try to complete it. Sometimes they try all links too.

(I've been there)

Hello Effexion, nice to see you don't give up :) you will reach what you want hard work pay off :)
And now about your question, you can use simple image like, clicks = nothing if you don't receive leads :)
