The best way to post links w/o www. or http:// ?

Hey guys. I'm trying something on one website but the website doesn't allow links. So in order to post a link there i must use some smart technique which the people will understand it. It's the same like old youtube comments when people used dashes spaces dots etc..
I tried with
bit . ly/linkhere and telling them to remove the spaces but they don't understand, as the population is older and you know..
I don't have any small domain tho so do u got any ideas? Help is appreciated.. Thanks

I know. But when i send this around 500 people see it instantly and maybe over 10k people during the day, so i just wanna test.(All niche targeted)

Do you have to use bitly? If it is not necessary, make a blogspot and setup to redirect to that link (pretty easy). Then type it in like this: cynicalcantimforlife.blogspot .com

See the space? Well if they copy paste that link in browser bar and they are using a good browser *cough*firefox*cough* it will search in google and blog should be the first result.

This is probably not what you want but I can't think of anything else... Hope it helps...

Thanks for your help Cynical. No i don't have to use bitly, anything could be used there. But I tried that already and my blog is brand new so it's not indexed in google and other results appear.
