Suggestions for this CPA campaign

So, I have a men's health CPA offer combined with my landing page, and the conversion rate is decent. I previously would use Bing ads with coupons and had good results, before it got so difficult to repeat the process.

I want to spend legitimately now and work on gaining a good ROI, here's the problem - all the main platforms like Google ads and Bing will not approve my ad. This is due to misleading content (my landing page is one of those fake news pages). Does anyone have any suggestions on how I would be able to run high quality PPC traffic with sketchy content? Is there another platform I don't know about that I should try? I've heard about cloaking but as far as I know, it's another churn n burn method and they eventually catch you.

Maybe you can try out Native Advertisement or Facebook Ads also.

Do you think Facebook is more lenient about these type of ads compared to Google? I mean are they ok with false content?

No, Facebook is not okay with fake news and endorsment type of ads. It's considered blackhat, and if you want to run something like that, you need to be cloaking it. Also you will need a lot of ad accounts because sooner or later they will catch you and ban you even if you cloak.

Thanks for explaining that. I used to churn n burn bing accounts, not looking forward to that style anymore. I just want to run legitimate blackhat ads and spend using 1 account but looks like nobody is accepting these anymore..

Unfortunately you may have to experiment a lot of other traffic sources (this obviously might be undesirable because it means you may have to bleed cash testing). I noticed even Native Ads are now catching on this trend. My advice is ride the offer harder because one day you gonna wake up and the offer will be gone and/or bing would have tightened screws more. So if i were you I would ride Bing and that offer hard while experimenting with newer traffic sources.

Get an affiliate to promote your product. Preferably an affiliate that does crypto, casino, etc.

You can make "fast money" then change the other methods that require higher cost.
