Steaming / PPV website .... illegal?

Hi all,

Just thought I would pose the question before tying my hand in the movie streaming / ppv streaming niche...

Is it illegal if I put a content locker which then redirects the user to a website with the movie?

How is it best I do this?
I don't want to spend the time building the site, buying the domain for it to then be movies immediately.

Hopefully some of you Guru's in this area can help me out with this?

Thanks, Creative

Id like to know that also, I was asking myself the same question this day but i guessed it's illegal and stopped thinking about it but im not that sure so id like to know what you others are thinking.

Theres no way that your bought domain is a movie site immediately after purchasing(correct me if im wrong :D) if you dont wanna do the work then just took a look at the marketplace and find someone whos creating such pages.

Definitely it is illegal while many such sites are offering it. You can download a movie template for that.
