and run ?

I am not selling any service , nor i plan to do so , I used to sell accounts earlier but now i need help to earn from those accounts myself rather then selling to others , hope you got what i mean

Hey there,
Direct linking is not allowed with Google, so you must have some form of a lander with some content on it.
If I'd be you, I'd apply to Pay Per Call networks, and run offers with $10+ per call. You can get away with 2-3 page site and also re-use it after you acc is banned.
