Starting a new diet tomorrow

Weight has caught up with me a bit, I got lazy recently. I'm going to cut out the carbs completely. I'll come back and report on this thread with updates if I remember.

I've noticed working from home behind the computer for many hours a day will catch up to you in your weight real quick.

Some fitness is also good for your body but also your overall health.

If you're going on the keto diet, it works! but make sure your eating a lot of spinach because it severely lacks potassium and it's essential for the muscles involved in going to the toilet, which most people think a lack of is due to a lack of carbs, and if you're doing it right.. expect your energy to plummet within a week, exercise brings it on faster which is inevitable transitioning onto ketones for energy.

I have opted for the Keto diet. I'm going to buy: CARB Blocker MetaCarb as well: https://www.amazon.co.uk/MetaCarb%C2%AE-...B00NKC4MJU

One of my friends is into a ZERO carb diet, thats to much for me though. Even he is taking some carb blockers as some foods consist of them even when being carelful.

What i can recommend is Yohimbine HCL, that's what i used during my cutting.

By the way, why not share some numbers with us?

How many Pounds do you currently weight?
How much do you want to lose?
Do you do cardio? If so how much and what Kind?
