first of all what method do you want to do?
ppc? (facebook ads,google,bing etc?)
social media pages? (facebook,instagram,twitter etc?)

for basic stuff all you need is a hosting ($10 /month) ,domain ($1 .xyz / $10 .com) and information (experience, idea, knowledge) and you can start making money.

I don't you can start with a fix budget. You can start with zero for sure. With time, You'll get to know your monthly budget. It all really depends on what are you doing.

If you're going to go with paid ads, first look for an offer that's converting well on the ad network that you're going to use. Then from there test it with a small budget like 10$ per day to get a feel of how it all works.

What the others say is right. If you are pertaining to large acal campaignls then you would probably need a thousand bucks but for time campaigns then you can immediately start off with a simple domain, host and free traffic from social medias.
