Spam threads and the attention they receive.

I've noticed something in this forum. Whenever spam threads show up, people end up posting all sorts of stuff in the thread giving it more and more exposure.

Here's the deal, its a waste of time. Why do you want to waste your negative reputation abilities on a spammer when you know that his reputation will become non-visible to members when he is banned (which is inevitable).

When you post again and again in a thread, it is possible for our new members to get caught up in the drama. Some may even end up downloading the infected shares.

Don't you think it would be wiser to just report and ignore rather than post in the thread which would eventually get deleted?

Just my $0.02. I'd love to hear what other's think though.

You're quite the psychologist aren't you?

Yeah. I'm not a PhD in Psychology just for show. Anyways, this has gone on for a little longer than I expected, so will be heading off for now. Would tell you to enjoy the No leaking content discussions allowed, report this post now please., but that'd be inappropriate right?

Even though what you're doing is not allowed and inappropriate, I quite like your sense of humor :p . You know you could be doing lots of things instead of wasting time posting leaks...

Manga <3 best. thing. ever

i only posted this time to find out why he was doing it...i ignored the threads he made before that. and this forum needs staff members at different times... as all the staff members seem to not be on at this time. atleast one staff member should be on and active throughout the day and these threads can be deleted within seconds.

That would be a worthwhile asset. However, we couldn't ask anyone to be online all the time. Best bet would be to recruit more trusted and active members as moderators. Something that --- The previous Admin --- Eye is already doing. So you can't blame staff at all.
