Someone totally ripped my site...

Someone cloned my site, domain name (different tld of course). I found out because on one of the pages, a link still points to my site so he is actually giving me a solid backlink by accident. The site isnt one page 1 or 2 for my keywords but still annoying.

I assume I should just get over it instead of wanting to nail it with spam and negative seo.

If you have a lawyer make him write an official letter to his hosting and domain registrar for copyright infringement and probably some actions will be taken
