Well my only competitors ripped my blogger site, and put it on their own blog. I need help getting rid of them all together. It was one thing to flag all my video's and put up your own but it's another to get my hard written content and use it as your own. I need some ways to get rid of this person off my niche (I was the very first person using this niche).

I have since disabled right click as well as sent their site to google as spam, however I need their blog taken down asap.

If anyone has any idea's please let me know.
EDIT: The person is using http://www.cpaelites.com/Thread-Network-Ban, if that helps.

You can't take down someone else's website even if it's for plagiarism. You can file a DMCA complaint so that it won't appear in the search engines if you ever see it in the SERPs but even that may take a while or may not work.

So really, you will have to suck it up and move on. Sorry.

Try and flag their videos?

On there website, http://www.dmca.com/, they offer services to protect against stolen content from your website. That is what I'm talking about and suggesting to the OP.

Doesn't help at all to be honest. There is a law about DMCA, so you don't need DMCA.com protection, if you own the content. The problem is nowadays most of people host their website in countries where this law doesn't apply, therefore you can't do anything about it, unless you contact ICANN directly to suspend the domain name which doesn't happen very often.

Get his videos removed. Spam the crap out of his site. Report any social media accounts as spam, etc.
