SOLVED Thread counter and listing broken

The user has created at least 2 threads:

But if you click on "Total threads" you can only see one thread:

None of the above threads has been unapproved or soft deleted.

The thread counter doesn't work either (same at the header of every of his posts), it's set to "1".

Maybe @Verilog could check this please? :-)

This happened when we had time issue because our php version was upgraded without files not updated without prior information to us which caused this issue.

To explain, what has happened is that when user created the thread, our post bot(Elitehelper) post was faster and hence the thread was assigned to elite helpers bot.

Forum counters are working perfectly fine.
