Hi,
I don't know where post this issue or whom to contact. So, I'm posting in this section.
One of my friends has bought the VIP, but has been waiting for his account to be activated for 3 days and got no response from you. So, he is a bit worried.
I'm writing on his behalf for his English is not that good.

It's the weekend, I will add it tomorrow. I'm going to update the information tomorrow I think, I will explain weekends mean longer delays.
