Not only that, the responsiveness of it is the opposite of snappy, like a 1 second delay before the modal pops up.

I am running Safari version 11.0 (13604.1.38.1.6)

While we're at it, the bright white font on the light green background is not really easy to read for me due to contrast and when I get any new alerts, the only thing that changes is the count. It doesn't catch my attention since there is no color indication for new alerts, it's small and also pushed all the way to the right.

Guys, can you please confirm the status of this to us?

Also, sure this is not technically a bug in that sense, but the way how I see alert buttons work usually on forums is that once you have seen them the number behind the icon which basically indicates how many new alerts you have should reset to 0. Always resetting this manually by pressing delete alerts is not as intuitive I think. Sure, it could still show 'recent alerts' and the 'view all alerts' function but imo the number should definitely go back to 0, this is common for all types of notifications not just in forums but basically everywhere where a feature like this exists :)

I'd be happy if you could look into that

HawkEye Yes, seems to be working fine after clearing my cache.

And Draguny, it only resets to 0 if you either delete all alerts or you go to view all alerts. Nonetheless, it would be an improvement.

Thanks a lot guys. I agree it will be better that once you have viewed an alert, that it is removed from the alert box automatically each time like before. Verilog, can you please look into that as I feel it will make it 100% better.

Currently it is not possible with current plugin to remove the alert if you go to alerts without clicking the alerts.
What I will do is probably, I will remove the normal PM or other notification so Alerts will become crucial and without clicking alerts it will not be removed.

The plugin will need a complete overhaul and that is not possible right now.
